Rep on the phone was very professional and polite. Truck showed up in less than an hour and they were able to pump out the tank and inspect it. They recommended adding bacteria to the system to keep it in good working order. They inspected the drain field and said there could be some issues with the drain field and what to look for to determine if it needs future work. They were done in about an hour. Price was fair and competitive for the service provided. Trent and Charlie were informative and polite and assured my wife that everything was in good working order. Before leaving they made sure the area was cleaned up. We would recommend using Kings for your septic service.

I am still waiting to see if they come back in 30 days to complete the job. They came on the 19th July and could not complete the job because they said there were too many solids so they added chemicals to try and dissolve the solid. I called to find out what day they were coming back to complete the job, I received a call and the person told me they knew nothing about it so explained what I was told, I am not too sure but I think she said they will be back on the 19th, we will see.

Definitely Recommend King Septic! They provided a free inspection, quote, and written contract up front. Then followed through and did what they said they would do when they said they would do it! Did a great job at a fair cost... it doesn't get much better than this!

I called in dire need to have my septic tank pumped and to find the problem that the septic system had. A couple of hours after I called, Bill showed up. Great service. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Bill answered all my questions and help me solve my problem . Thank you so much.
