Then I guess they ran out of material when they were finishing up and tried to stretch what they had and left a 2 inch gap between the wall and the post (that should be against the wall) on my "privacy" fence and the post is quite wobbly, not sure if cement was added to secure it. They contacted me, they were very interested in getting paid and when I mentioned my concerns they said send us pictures and I will forward them to our customer service department. That was May 10th as of May 26 I have heard nothing from them. If you are going to use them, do not pay until you are happy with the product, as soon as they get your money they don't care."

"December of 2017 we shopped for a company to glass in our porch. Bob and Ted’s was recommended so we stopped in. Bob said next week he would stop and look over the job, this went on for almost 2 months after repeated calls. He finally told me not to ask again until end of February. Finally we got a quote 4/5/18. Job was started July 30 and completed late September! Workmanship was excellent. Fast forward to 2023, I was sold a premier door with absolute inferior hinges. The hinges failed miserably. The first words out of Bob’s mouth were “I cannot get those hinges” after he saw a picture of quality hinges. I could go on and on. The bottom line is he will not help you or give suggestions other than “I can get you a handy man”. Bob and Ted’s has no warranty, nor will they offer to repair. Do not buy from them, there are other aluminum business in the area two of which did help me."
