"Contractor did not complete job. Had to have him come back due to an issue that started after his initial visit. Said he would be back the following week to complete job. Texted him 11 days(Monday November 10)after last on site to my home. No reply to text. Contractor wasn?t the cheapest for this project. But I chose him because his presentation of his estimate. Maybe I should?ve save myself several hundred dollars and taken the cheapest estimate. The following is my last text to contractors: Good evening. I have not heard from you since October 30. You told me you would be back the following week. I would like to think that you are extremely busy, as to why you did not follow up. But then again you have been paid for a service that has not been completed. And another service that created another problem that has not been corrected. In good faith I rendered funds to you, but I did not receive the service equal to the funds. Update as of 12/04/2025 I see the contractor responded to my review. He never responded to my text messages. His review is full of dishonesty, and that is the reason I had no further use of his services. He never cleaned my dryer vent. He charged me $389 for a UV light that I could?ve gotten from Amazon for less than $60. I understand labor is a cost for installation. Yes, he returned the next day to address the air handler situation. He did something to make it run, but, within a couple of hours the problem started again. He?s a good salesman. But, what he sold was a lemon."

"I had an overall outstanding experience with Coast to Coast for a new ac system installation. I called and inquired about getting an estimate and someone was sent the same day. The Lead Project Manager (Hunter) was sent out to inspect my system and all aspects of the ac system including the duct work in the attic. Hunter spent about 2 hours reviewing everything and then was able to give me several options for replacing our ac system. Once I decided on which system to go with, the installation was scheduled within 2 days. On the day of installation, the 1st technician showed up at 7 AM to start prepping everything for the new system. Soon after this the 2nd technician arrived. These 2 technicians were Jensen and Jared. They were extremely well versed in what they do and they did a fantastic job on going above and beyond with the installation of our new ac system. They did not miss anything and they did not take any shortcuts. From the time they spent in the attic retaping duct work to the time they took cleaning and rebuilding the table top for the air handler to sit on. These guys were making sure that our investment in a new ac system would be an investment that we were happy with. These techs worked non stop with the installation and finished around 7 PM that night. Based on this exceptional experience with Coast to Coast Heating and Air Conditioning, I will always recommend them to friends, family, and anyone that needs ac or heating repair. Thanks to all for a job well done!"

"Ken the SWINDLER,troubleshooted my unit&quoted me $1,200 flat.Less than 24hrs before the job,he tried to jack up the price.He made an existing hairline crack in my drip pan worse,causing water to leak all on my floor,then refused to take responsibility.His excuse: “It was already cracked.” He wanted to charge me for the damage HE caused.He discovered my parts were under warranty(including the drip pan)he then “owned up” to replacing it,acting like he was a hero.He brought me the incorrect fan relay,he left to switch it out.Disappeared for 2hrs,calls and lies about the place being closed when he left the incorrect fan relay at my house.Was promised a hard start kit for free if my breaker tripped.It tripped twice.Instead of honoring his word,he tried to push me off to an electrician&told me to start saving $8,000 for a brandnew system on a unit thats 3.5yrs old.He denied ever making the offer,admitted it later then ghosted me.Stay away unless you want A BREATHE OF FRESH PROBLEMS."
