I asked a few times for the contract or at least a receipt, and he said he was coming the next day to verify everything was good and complete anything that was not done, until this time more than 1 weeks he hasn?t come back , called me back, or emailed my receipt and paperwork. He got the money and disappeared, then I find out he overcharged me for the work, he take advantage of new young homeowner 1st time looking for help. It?s sad because now we don?t trust anyone, We learn our lesson. "

The Mediterranean style is unique in that it’s designed for homes in hotter climates and to maintain a connection with nature. The building materials include stucco siding, clay roofs, and interior tiling with tall ceilings and open floor plans. These all come together to keep the interior cool. The building materials are all natural and tend to have muted earth tones, and the architecture typically allows for easy, open access to the outdoors through large windows and arched doorways. Yes, stucco can be installed over existing siding, but some contractors wouldn’t recommend it. Putting stucco over other types of siding requires careful consideration and proper preparation. On average, EIFS costs more than traditional stucco, both due to its complex materials and tricky installation. You'll pay between $7 and $9 per square foot for traditional stucco installation and $8 to $14 per square foot for EIFS.
