Starting at the end of last year, I started researching water treatment systems for my home. After checking in with a few companies around town, I discovered Best Water Solutions. When I first called their office to discuss a quote, I ended up talking to Courtney for about half an hour. She gave me information about their services and answered a few questions I had before the estimate. Later on the next week, Jorge came out to my home to evaluate our water needs. He was very honest and straightforward with what was needed for the home. It was a relief to hear that not much was needed. This was a pleasant surprise as other companies around town just tried to sell bigger, complicated, and more expense systems that werenâ t necessary or useful for our situation. He took some water samples to test to confirm that nothing else was needed in addition to his initial evaluation. A couple days later, he called me and let me know that all was well. We only needed a sediment filter, water softener, and reverse osmosis system for our drinking water. This was a relief, but me being a curious person still had a lot of questions. I spent quite a while on the phone with Jorge and he was happy to answer all of my questions. Throughout the whole process, Jorge and Courtney had an approach of education and patience, whereas everyone else I talked to just wanted to sell a system. After the system was quoted and approved, we had an install date a couple weeks out. When the technicians arrived at my home, they were friendly and professional. I went over a few details with them and they had everything setup within a few hours. The install was IMMACULATE. There was great attention to detail and care in handling all the equipment. After the install was complete, the technicians went over everything that was done. I asked them about when to change filters and what was needed maintenance wise for the system. They let me know that I did not need to worry about it as the office would reach out when anything was needed to be done. This was great as it took one more item off my plate to keep track of. It's been great having the confidence that our home water supply and drinking water is now clean and protected. I would highly recommend Best Water Solutions to anyone in the Alachua County area looking for a water treatment system for their home or business.

I could write so many details about how impressed I was by this company, but Iâ  ll try to be concise. As someone who worked at a similar operation (doing pre-sales and scheduling), I knew enough to be particular. Best Water Solutions not only knows their industry well, they provide top quality products with impeccable customer service. Our water smelled absolutely foul, and it had multiple other issues. Jorge explained quite clearly how their system would be custom-configured to our well water and what I could expect from the system he recommended. The office staff are educated on the business. The technicians are quite skilled. Everyone is courteous, helpful, and clearly happy to be working for Jorge. Iâ  m so pleased that I chose this company! Itâ  s been over a month since installation day and our water quality improvement has exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them!

It began with a consult with Jorge Zukoski. Jorge met with me and my wife to discuss the water purification system from Best Water Solutions. Jorge was very knowledgeable about his product and his sales pitch focused on the quality of his product without the typical sales speech or gimmicks. He know exactly where the system would be installed without hesitation. My wife and I felt extremely comfortable with his presentation and confident he would deliver. After our meeting he followed up with an email and the installation agreement/contract which was simple and easy to read. There were no hidden costs or additional fees from what he initially presented to us. After we agreed to a time and date for installation, two gentlemen arrived in a Best Water Solutions vehicle ready to work. The execution of the installation was flawless. It took around two hours or so from start to finish. They were very thorough and methodical in the installation process and had all the supplies and equipment needed on hand to do the job. I was impressed with their work. They tested and inspected the system and watched for any leaks before they departed. Finally, the cost was competitive and reasonable. Itâ s really hard to put a price tag on clean, soft, and bacteria free water. I highly recommend Pure Water Solutions to improve your quality of life. You will be glad you did!

Been using their services for years. Initial install, trouble shooting problems, and routine service on unit. Staff are always friendly, helpful, and efficient. Decided to post a review after a recent yearly service visit. The young man really went beyond what we would have expected when an unexpected problem presented itself. He was very detail oriented in his work, courteous, and professional. This has been the standard it seems from past experience with Best Water Solutions. They are great saved me a lot of money

Softener and RO units first installed 'bout 20 years ago by Best Water. Just replaced aging softener. Best Water has serviced units since installation. I highly recommend this service- and customer-oriented company, family owned and operated and one you can truly trust. Thanks!

The salesman was great, the kind of person I would want as a friend. That goes for the installation crew as well. At every step the professionals at Best Water Solutions were conscientious and took their time to explain all my options. Based on my research, I paid less than average for a complete treatment system for my whole home well drinking water.

The unit itself is rather expensive compared to the one I have in my old house. The customer service is excellent from Jorge, Luis, Matt, Logan and Pam. As the cost is high, Luis negotiated with owner to get discount. Thanks Luis. Up date: I apologize to Ace whom I had mixed up with the name of furniture delivery guy Logan. Sorry Ace.

From the initial call to Jorge at the office to Luis who made the sales call and evaluated our water concerns to Walt, an outstanding company to deal with. Looking forward to our install next week. Tim did a great job with informing us of our water quality and issues without having us feel pressured to purchase anything ! We questioned additional service and he was quick to respond to all questions we had. The installation was very professional and the yard and areas where work were performed were left like they were never there !! Adam is a very smart guy and clarified a number of questions for me. I found him to be quite personable and a pleasure to deal with. It was nice to feel that he was not trying to sell me something that I did not need. I would trust his judgment and likely follow through with his recommendations.

Its good to know there is someone local that can handle all water treatment needs, and can deal with any type of softener. Good work, trustworthy, received a follow up cal to ensure I was happy. Great job!

Very informative about the process and the different alternatives available to solve my water problems. No pressure to buy anything. Walt called after the install to make sure everything went according to plan and to answer any questions I might have. I highly recommend them.

Walt came to the house explained the concept of water purification, tested the water then suited the water treatment to my needs.. Workers came out the next week to install system, went over in detail about system. Cleaned up all work areas prior to departing....
