Terrible. I paid the contractor my deposit over 3.5 months ago and he has not started on any part of the project. When he finally responded and confirmed dates for the work to start, no one ever showed up and he ignores my calls and messages. He keeps pushing out dates and again no one ever shows up and he doesnt return my calls or messages when I question when the workers will be at my house. I have had to hire a second contractor to complete part of the work which is now costing me more money.

Josh and his company did a great job repairing my home after Hurricane Debbie. I was delayed with multiple hurricanes (x2)and the insurance was a nightmare, but Josh helped walk me through those issues. Home repair is never easy and because a huge, I mean huge tree fell on my house I had damage in multiple rooms. They fixed the ceiling and left minimal dust. I expected so much dust. It really was one of the cleanest jobs. We also had to get a different tree down in the front, before the next hurricane hit and they were able to do so. That was a huge worry for me because it could have fell on the house. Josh was great about responding to me each time I contacted him. He also had to redo my roof, and they did a very nice job with that and left no mess in the yard. They also put on a metal roof which I love. They also had to take down my big boat shed. It was crushed with the tree. Luckily I don't have a boat! I tried to give you some before and after pictures.

When a bad tropical storm passed through in July It caused a large oak tree to fall on both my roof, patio, and fence. I was at a loss and didnâ t know where to turn. A family friend referred me to Josh and assured me I would be in good hands. Josh immediately went to work to thoroughly take photos of all of the damage to submit to my insurance company. To my pleasant surprise insurance covered everything. As an elderly 84-year-old it was such a blessing not to have to tap into my retirement savings. Josh walked me through every step of the way from paperwork, to the completion of my new roof, patio enclosure, and fence. His crew were so respectful, quick, and ensured everything was cleaned up thoroughly. I could not be any happier with the outcome.

Chappell Contracting did an amazing job on a remodel of our dated 1999 kitchen. From the first meeting, Chappell guided me step by step through the process, worked with me while they took my old kitchen down to the studs and rebuilt me a brand new kitchen in just six weeks time. The contractors were top-notch and very pleasant to have in our home. I could not be more pleased with the end results!

JOSH CHAPPELL IS A VERY DISHONEST CONTRACTOR, DURING HURRUCANE IRMA IN 2017, HE WAS HIRED TO RE BUILD OUR FAMILY HOME, AFTER THE LOSS OF OUR HOME FROM THE STORM. HE MANIPULATED MY ELDRLY PARENTS OUT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS AND FELLED TO COMPLETE THE POORLY BUILT PORTION THAT HE STARTED. WE PAID FOR UPGRADES, THAT WAS NOT INCLUDED, AND MANY COMPANIES THAT WERE SUPPOSELY PAID FOR SUPPLIES, WAS NEVER PAID FOR OUR HOME. DURING THIS TIME, MY MOTHER WAS GOING THOUGH STAGE 4 CANCER AND WAS HOSPITIALIZED FOR THREE MONTHS AND NOT KNOWING THE ENDING RESULTS, I BEGGED JOSH TO COMPLETE MY FAMILY HOUSE. MY MOM WISHES EVERDAY, WAS TO GO HOME BUT DESPITE OF OUR HEART BREAKING CIRCUMSTANCES. JOSH ONLY DECEIVED MY PARENTS OUT OF MORE MONEY. HE HIRED ALL THESE NON LICENSED PEOPLE TO WORK ON THE HOUSE THAT WAS POORLY DONE. AFTER COUNTLESS BEGS , TEXTS, AND PHONE CALLS, WHICH HE STOPPED ANSWERING. A YEAR OR TWO LATER, MY FAMILY HAD TO HIRE ANOTHER CONTRACTOR TO COMPLETE THE HOUSE. MY FAMILY WAS ABLE TO MOVE IN DECEMBER 2019. AND STILL THIS DAY, ISSUES SURRFACE FROM THE CARELESS WORK THAT JOSH CHAPPELL CONTRACTING & DEVELOPMENT, LLC COMPLETED AND WAS POORLY DONE. STILL CURRENTLY TODAY, ISSUES ARE STILL SURFACING FROM THE POOR WORK THAT WAS DONE, COSTING MY FAMILY MONEY. Example: NO INSTALLATION IN CEILING, CAUSEING AIR CONDICTIONER ISSUES, NEVER COMPLETED THE PLUMBING FOR SEWAGE, KITCHEN WASN'T COMPLETED, ELECTRICAL WASN'T COMPLETED.... AND ETC. JOSH CHAPPELL BAMBOOZLED MY FATHER TO REMOVE THE BLOCK FOR HOME ADVISOR BECAUSE HE WASN'T GETTING ANY BUSINESS. BUT HE NEVER CARED ABOUT MY FAMILY WELL BEINGS. JOSH IS A HEARTLESS MAN. ITâ S SAD MR. CHAPPELL. STOLE AND MANIPULATED THE ELDERLY. ONLY THINKING OF HIS FAMILY AND HOW THEY WOULD EAT AND HAVE A ROOF.

Josh Chappell is professional friendly and I was able to get an appointment quickly for an estimate. He listened to what I wanted done and was priced competitively. His work Is excellent and everything that I wanted. He made my vision for my home come to life.

Chappell Contracting made it a priority to keep our project on time and on budget. If we ever had any questions or concerns, Chappell always communicated within a reasonable amount of time. Chappell made the process stress free, and I would do it all over again. We highly recommend Chappell Contracting.
