"Sampson Land Care used a chemical on my pool desk to seal our flagstone. The product they used was incorrect. Company did nothing to rectify the situation. I had to higher another company to remove the product off the flagstone since the product Sampson Land Care use turned the stone white."

At Allen T Burgess LLC we perform monthly irrigation inspection. We do all repairs such as replacing spray and rotor heads and valves. New install and revamp irrigation. We also troubleshoot. We Pressure washing home including driveway and sidewalk. We install landscaping lights. Pavers and stump grinding. We make sure are customer or complete satisfied

I spoke with Thomas about the work I wanted performed (some grading and installation of a parking pad). Thomas provided suggestions on how the work should be done and some of the options I would have regarding materials. He provided a quote for the work within a day, and was able to complete the work within a week. Thomas showed up on time, was respectful of the property, and was pleasant to work with. "The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."
