He arrived the next day, and thoroughly accessed my current pool system setup, then spent a LOT of time explaining detailed various options for me (my "setup" request was a very unique, unusual one). He was honest and instead of trying to upsell, he recommended a smaller unit, suggesting the larger one would be "overkill" for my small pool.
