Ira helped me through the HOA approval process, providing detailed description, material lists and applicable drawings. We communicated primarily through text and Ira was very responsive and let me know what to expect next and when. My project was a relatively small one for Apex but Ira was able to get crews to my home between larger projects and was flexible with our schedule. There also was some additional unanticipated labor needed to complete my project and I was not charged additionally. Ira stuck to the original quote. "Austin Alexejun and his crew were great. My Dock was damaged and my boat lift was underwater from the last hurricane, and it all needed to be hauled out and replaced with new. These guys showed up and got the job done! They brought in a barge, replaced 9 pilings, rebuilt most of the dock, brought in a new boat lift and installed it. They were experienced and professional, and did an excellent job. I am very happy with the work they did, it was quick, reasonably priced, and they always cleaned up afterwards. They were done in a couple of days, wow. Nice guys too. Id recommend this team for any of my friends, and I'd hire them again if I needed them. Big thumbs up."
