Customers say: True professional

"Frank & his crew showed up when they promised, got right to work. They were very careful & efficient in taking down my 2 large oak trees. After grinding the stumps, they raked the area and removed every limb, twig, and leaf from the work area. They made sure I was satisfied with the work, which I definitely was. I highly recommend this company. They are extremely professional and fair in price."

"Patrick and his team took down my palms, did solid work grinding away the stumps, and cleaned the place up - did an excellent job all around. Professional and on time. In the end they went above and beyond the initial service to help me get one step closer to completing my landscape project. I would recommend these guys 100 times over. "This was a great experience from start to finish. From Jerri at the front desk to Brandon (I think that’s his name) who was the technician that came out, to the owner who inspected our home, everyone was incredibly polite and professional. I would highly recommend O’Hara for pest control."

Arborists questions, answered by experts

Before beginning tree service in Boynton Beach, review any neighborhood tree rules and secure necessary approvals. Mark property lines clearly to avoid disputes, and have underground utilities located before digging or stump removal. Plan projects outside peak hurricane months for smoother scheduling. Confirm your tree service contractor is insured and experienced with local species, and check for active bird nests to comply with wildlife regulations.

Helpful?

In Boynton Beach, homeowners often over-prune native palms or hardwoods, weakening them before storms. Planting invasive or non-native trees can lead to rapid growth and root issues. Hiring unlicensed tree removal contractors may result in poor workmanship or safety hazards. Neglecting to clear debris after pruning can attract pests. Avoid trimming during extreme summer heat, and never remove healthy fronds from established palm trees.

Helpful?

Completing tree service in Boynton Beach offers immediate safety by reducing storm-related hazards and can improve home comfort with increased shade. Well-maintained trees enhance curb appeal and help meet local landscaping standards. Over time, mature trees boost property value, support native wildlife, and improve air quality. Proactive tree trimming and removal also reduce future risks of storm damage and costly emergency interventions.

Helpful?

Combining tree service with other home upgrades in Boynton Beach can maximize efficiency and minimize disruption. For example, scheduling tree trimming with landscaping or patio installation reduces multiple visits and helps protect new features from falling debris. Coordinating projects before hurricane season ensures your property is storm-ready. Integrating tree removal or stump grinding with irrigation upgrades can also improve long-term curb appeal and property value.

Helpful?

Tree maintenance in Boynton Beach involves annual inspections, especially before hurricane season, and regular pruning tailored to each tree species. Monitor for pests like palm weevils and fungal diseases common in FL’s humid climate. Water new plantings during dry winter months, and use fertilizer suited for sandy soils. After storms, inspect for broken branches and watch for root growth near driveways or older foundations.
