"The BE owner is a facilitator. He did a good job to find contractors to perform the job. The first one did a good job of re-load and level the brick driveway. The second one came and washed out cement between bricks with power wash equipment. He never even attempts to put cement between bricks (sending) mentioned in the contract. He simply painted bricks with an acrylic sealer. 1/8 -1/4 inch gaps between bricks left opened. He promised to come to and do sending several times and never came. I was forced to do sending by myself. Which I did. He came eventually several weeks later to observe my work. I should mention, that I called several times to BE facilitator to resolve the issue with second contractor. His telephone was mostly dead. Even, when I was able to catch BE facilitator, he stated that it is not his problem anymore. So, my recommendation to anyone hiring BE: do not pay money to his contractors until work quality totally satisfied your requirements."
