I found Mr. Burden to be knowledgeable and articulate. Although prepared to ask a series of materials and installation procedure questions based on researching residential lightning rod systems, Mr. Burdenâ s description of both was thorough to the point that all my questions were answered without asking a single one. I found Mr. Burden to be ethical. He expressed concern over the long-term viability of an aluminum system in my coastal location. He rescheduled my installation when inclement weather was forecast rather than risk the safety of his staff and the quality of the installation.
