Very professional job. Crew was incredibly personable. Amanda is Awesome and Rob, the tile guy does Exceptional work. The entire crew from the owner who personally handles sales to the crew overseer. I highly recommend them. Not the cheapest but absolutely not the most expensive. Worth every dime!

Better communication concerning the start date and expected delays would be suggested. Also lack communication at times. Lack of communication was one of the negatives of this project. Sometimes the workers would show up or not show up with no notice. Grout had to be redone on about 20 tiles. The construction part of the job was excellent. The owner indicated he would check in periodically. I saw him for the initial sales pitch and one time to pick out tiles. He does not return phone calls. Plaster warranty takes time to get someone to look at it.
