"We wanted most of our first level living space updated, centered around an entire new kitchen layout and den. We also wanted a wall taken out in order to create a more open environment. In addition, we wanted a large walk in pantry. Tiffinnie listened closely to what we wanted. She then took our house plans and in a short while came back with a first draft proposal of an entirely new kitchen, den, living space etc. including removal of a wall. After just a few adjustments, Tiffinnie moved to the next phase of having us meet the contractor she used and we went over the plans with him. Through all the demolition snd construction Tiffinnie was there with us. She demonstrated very good taste not only in her layout design but also in cabinets, fixtures, window dressings etc. I was happy that my wife found her to help us with this major project."

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

She has a breath of knowledge that allows her to accommodate my tastes, but also ensure that the overall design is in sync with the design and location of my home.  She has  a very diplomatic way of suggesting when I'm going astray with my choices and in every case where she has told me "Trust Me"  I have been delighted ! "Iris was amazing! She listened to what we wanted! Respected our needs and desires. She came back the second time to do detailed measurements and preliminary scaled drawings. The third visit was the whole computerized plans, which she went over with us, and then gave the plans, as well as suggestions for cabinets, colors, backsplash, etc. We love her design! "             We called the company  (AAA Construction  Restoration Services) to repair a leak in our roof. John Walters responded immediately and made an appointment to come to our home the next day. He was on time , looked over the situation and gave us an estimate by text.!  We agreed and the very next morning , on time as promised, several men showed up and began working right away.  They were very hard working, no goofing around, and repaired the problem . They even painted an area where there was damage (which was not even in the estimate) They also cleaned up everything and hauled away any debris.
           Having previously dealt unhappily  with Miami construction companies, I was very happily surprised and pleased with all aspects of the way AAA dealt with me.  They were ON TIME,  EFFICIENT, REASONABLE and DID  A GREAT JOB.  I would recommend them  to anyone with a similar need

"I could not ask for a more beautiful job. I had just short of two rolls of wallpaper and that's all the store had as it was on clearance. This made a very expensive paper affordable but it meant that in order to do the job there could be almost no waste. My intention was to have the lower half of the foyer wainscotted but my contractor jumped ship so Ron Couch jumped in and was able to make the wallpaper stretch. The pattern is expertly matched and it looks like a million bucks. Terrific job!"
