"Ron came by soon after I requested an estimate. He was very efficient, came at the time we agreed upon, and offered options as to how to best do the job which was to repair my driveway pavers and refresh the driveway, walkway, and lanai pavers. Ron and his son worked efficiently to restore the pavers with an end result with them looking better than new. I would highly recommend this team as they did a wonderful job plus stayed within the original estimate. Ron works in other surfaces as well and will be returning here for another task of sealing a tiled shower. He is a man of many skills."

"10 for price, 10 for work, 6 for help. Supposed to leave dirt, took it away, had to buy yard of fill for area where forms pulled where it was dug out. Supposed to slope end of section not cemented for drainage actually built it up more. Water build up during rain worse than at beginning.no return to call."

"Great work! This is a family-owned business, which I liked. Brandon was very responsive to my request for patio screen replacement. He was able to give me a estimate over the phone with the measurements I gave him of my screens. He replaced them with pet screens which was exactly what I needed. Brandon also was able to come out and do the work within 3 days of our conversation and had the job done perfectly within an hour. Other companies would not give me an estimate without coming out to my home and are already weeks out in their scheduling. That doesn't work for me. Brandon is very nice to work with. I will definitely hire Steadfast Screen Service in the future and refer them to anyone that may need their assistance."

Patios questions, answered by experts

A sunroom offers an additional indoor space to rest, dine, or host guests, all while inviting in as much sun as possible. Either built like an enclosed porch or a fully insulated home extension, a sunroom features floor-to-ceiling windows or screens that create an open, bright design while still remaining protected from the elements and bugs.

A prefab sunroom will last for between 10 and 20 years in most cases, although you could get up to 50 years out of a high-quality prefab sunroom. In addition to material quality, your prefab sunroom’s lifespan will depend on the foundation type and the climate in your area. Extreme weather and expansive soil can decrease the expected life.

Several types of porches are available to meet your needs and style preferences. Some common porch types include:

  • Porticos are essentially a roof over a walkway leading to the home's front entrance.

  • Sunrooms are closed-in porches that are an extension of the house with glass or plastic panels that allow optimal sunlight.

  • Wraparound porches extend around the entire home, or at least the front and one side, and offer multiple entrances to the house.

  • Back porches are an extension of the home’s floor into the outdoors. These offer more protection and privacy than a deck.

By tailoring materials and colors to match architectural styles.

Building a sunroom can take anywhere from two weeks to six months. An average-sized sunroom typically takes between two and eight weeks to complete, but more elaborate or larger projects can take longer. The final timeline depends on factors such as the sunroom's size, features, structural requirements, type, and whether it's a retrofit or a new build from scratch.
