Service was performed as scheduled.  The installers were professional and conscientious.  I was pleased with the finished product which included new finish trim.  When the installers left, the area was clean and it looked like the new door had always been there.

First impressions in show room were awesome! I was shown several price ranges for glass inserts in front as well as the french door option for the leaking slider. No pressure from salesman. It was hard to make a decision as they have a large selection of beautiful glass inserts available. After we made our decision, we made a deposit and were notified in a few weeks of an installation date. On the day of installation, Shane and help arrived promptly. All during the process I noted Shane to be especially attentive to detail. As a result both doors fit perfect and look beautiful. They took the time to do the doors right! They are worth every penny!

We went into their store to select the door.  We were treated respectfully and quickly.  It didn't take long for us to find our beautiful door.  We paid half down and the other half when it was installed.  They arrived on the date they said they would.  Two men installed the door, and they were quick, professional and extremely neat, cleaning up perfectly.  Our door looks beautiful and gives me joy each time I look at it.  I would highly recommend The Door Store.  I indicated "NA" for the category price because we didn't look anywhere else.

The quality of service offered by The Door Store was highly impressive from the moment we walked into the showroom until the completed installation of our doors. Shaun and his assistant installer were courteous, polite, and most reliable. Both my husband and I would highly recommend The Door Store to anyone. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job!

They were excellent.

Each door was $900 so we spent a few thousand dollars with them. Their work was excellent. They were very concerned about doing a good job and their follow up was terrific. If they were going to be late, they always called. We used them because they were really close to our house.

Excellent service.  I had been in the market for a particular door style for about a year.  I had made several in person visits to another 'pro' door service in my area with poor service and poor planning.  I visited The Door Store because they were next door to a company I had used to remodel my kitchen.  The staff was attentive and was able to give me an estimate right then and there on the exact same door I had been trying to get priced at the other place for about 3 months.   I made my purchase and scheduled my install.  They showed up on time, did an excellent job and I am very pleased with my doors. 

They were very helpful with showing me all available designs for a new door. Very helpful and accepted a coupon offered as well. I highly recommend them. Great to do business with!!

They installed my new patio door when they said they would. They were always on time for any appointment. They left no trace of any Mess from the old door they took out. I was very impressed with the entire experience. They did all this over 40 miles from their store.

On my first visit to the door store I was given undivided attention where various options were discussed (bronzed aluminum vs. vinyl).  Later that day a quote was provided by phone for the bronze aluminum. We were replacing a cheap bronze aluminum product installed during construction of our townhome back in 1979.  We are required to maintain a bronze outdoor look.  After much deliberation we decided to also explore the vinyl option and subsequently received a quote.  We were going to proceed with the vinyl till we became aware that both inside and out were not bronze.  The outside was bronze but the inside was to be white..  They were very apologetic and brought us in to view an order that had been delivered of the aluminum product for our evaluation.  We were quite satisfied and proceeded to sign and pay 50% for the purchase and installation of the bronze aluminum.
We were advised it would take approximately 4 weeks for product delivery.  We would receive a phone call for an installation date/time.
Installation took place on 4/12/13.  The installers (2) were punctual and courteous as they proceeded to work.
During installation great attention to detail and problem solving resulted in an exceptional installation.  The new tracks were much wider resulting in some creativity to resolve.  Numerous trips were made to provide the materials necessary to make sure all unanticipated problems were properly resolved.  
My husband who reluctantly agreed with this project is now very happy with the Door Store in regards to product and especially installation technique.

Excellent  service  from the minute you walk into the showroom to completion of job.  Options and prices were explained in detail, questions were answered.  The service and the product and price were great.

It basically was good. Was disappointed that the 2 installations could not be coordinated to be done on the same day. Also, my expectations were to have everything new, and clean. We spent several hours making our new windows- look new.

 To say that I was pleased is an understatment. There were no don'ts. The owner was a perfect gentleman to boot and even showed me some adjustments that I could make to other interior doors that were bothersome. The whole experience was satisfying and I would highly recommend dealing with the staff at The Door Store to anyone who needs doors(or windows) replaced or adjusted.

We had our French Doors replaced with Neuma French doors. The salesman worked with us and found a set of doors for hundreds less than we thought we would have to spend. Including installation, the price was less and the doors far better quality than what we saw at several other "door specialists". The work was excellent and the installers did a great job of clean-up. They showed up on time and didn't stop until the work was completed. We also replaced five windows.  Again, the salesman worked with us and got us a great deal on Simonton windows. And again, including the installation, these windows cost less than what we were quoted by other window "specialists". The workmen showed up on time and the installation was completed that same day. In the future we hope to replace the rest of our windows with the Simontons and also install a new front door. We will definitely shop at The Door Store again and highly recommend them.

They not only had good installation, but the store itself had excellent quality. He also spent a lot of time talking to us about the doors and what we would get. They gave me a top quality door with a built in shade. They showed up right on time. That was after a month because they had to order the door. They said they would call us when the door was in and deliver it. So they called us, set up an appointment, and they were there.
