"We have worked with this contractor for about 10 years and he is our go to person for any type of remodelling or repairs. Over the years he has built a lanai, extended and remodelled the kitchen, built an attic room, installed spot lighting outdoors, built a 3 car garage, added a staircase, replaced roofing, converted attached garage into a laundry and exercise room, extended the driveway; repathed outside paths, built an outdoor patio and probably many other things I'm forgetting. 
The reason we always contract to Kevin is he is exceptionally creative, visionary and helpful when it comes to achieving the look we want. His work is high quality, meticulous and always completed in a timely way. There is always a flourish added that we just wouldnt have come up with ourselves and he takes pride in making sure everything is just right and follows up afterwards to see if anything is needing tweaked. "Checked around with other Companies to get an estimate on a metal roof after much research on the different styles and quality. Some never returned calls others told me they were really busy because of Hurricane ( DUH really ) would get in touch with me later. So that was pretty discouraging after doing all the research myself then no one to give a Quote. This being said I called Solar Solutions, they told me they would be out to the house by the end of the week, which I was Shocked. Frank came out around 2:00 pm and got on the roof and measured and drew a blueprint and measurements of complete roof. He explained the options which we told him we wanted it done right which was Pricey but the Old saying you pay for what you get. He told us to think about it not pushy at all. He said he had another appointment that he would come back to cover the roof with Blackjack tar after the appointment which it was about 6:00 pm now. (Free of Charge even if you don't get roof done by him) We said it will be getting dark, he said that's why they have flashlights. About 8:00 pm the wife said it sounds like something on the roof, it was him. That sealed the deal for us. He said that we don't have to decided this quick. But we did and signed contract with the deposit. The roof looks Great we got the metal shake shingles by Dura-Loc the job was done by a Very Professional Crew, the neighbors said their roofs were replaced by Cowboys and ours was replaced by Craftsmen which it took 8 eight days to finish, cleaned up each night like nothing was being done here. Our Utility bills have gone down over 40 percent which is great living in Florida air conditioner runs 11 months a year. Plus the air does not struggle at all. Figuring to replace it this year but it hardly runs and does not labor at all. Insurance is cheaper by about 10 percent but the neighbors all went up 25-30 percent plus we went from 2% deductible to $500.00 deductible so I would say it probably went down 45-50%. We are Super Happy with the workmanship of the job done by the companies Great Employees. They are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED by us."

"We had a worn out and falling apart fence. With two dogs and being next to the community mailboxes we knew it was time for a new fence. We contacted a few fencing companies and checked the home stores. We contacted All Area Fence because a coworker recommended them. They came promptly to the house for a free estimate at a time convenient for us. Their estimate was the lowest and we liked that it was a family run business. When they arrived to begin work they let us know they under estimated the actual cost, but told us not to worry they stand by their estimates. They managed to tear down our old fence and build out our new fence in two days. This happened two days before a Hurricane Matthew came through. We are happy to report the fence made it through the storm with no damage."

"Tom actually picked up the doors for us at Home Depot which was a great convenience as we didn't have a way to get them to our house. The ones being installed had to be cut to fit the opening and the edge painted. We were really pleased with the outcome."

"Garage door spring broke and I was able to schedule a repair for the next morning. Over all I am very pleased with their prompt service and happy with their quality of work. However, I feel that they are a bit too pushy trying to sell a pricey complete garage door operation replacement and their prices are on the high side, but work quality is excellent. I did pay for a complete overhaul with new springs,rollers,etc. as this door is used frequently and I did not want any more issues with it."
