The final remodel is absolutely gorgeous!  I am an artist, so designed almost all the elements that went into the project. The builder was willing to listen to all of my design ideas, and contributed ideas of his own to enhance the project, or to solve mechanical necessities. He was very patient and allowed me to hand select each floor and wall tile, and its placement, so that  my vision of the finished room was fulfilled.
  Every aspect of the job received the full attention of the builder and his assistant. Every step of the remodel was given the same
quality of workmanship to ensure that the overall project was perfect. I never felt that any job, big or small was rushed just to get on with the job and finish. I always felt that I had the exclusive services of the builders to customize my remodel exactly the way I wanted it.
  The craftsmanship of the tile placement and the finishing details is exceptional. I have had compliments on the quality of it from other professional painters and my brother, who is a contractor who lives out of town. The years of professional experience are evident in the beautiful, clean and accurate installation of each fixture, cabinet, and tile.
 The builder was very conscientious about getting my approval of the work at each step, to make sure I was satisfied. I was also kept up to date every day about what work was completed, and what part of the project would occur next. I made the selection of all the tiles, cabinets, paint color, tub, and fixtures. Most of these the builder then purchased and transported to the job site. I also ordered some things to add, The builder Kevin was very accommodating to working closely with my input to the project. I feel that he would be good at guiding a homeowner who needed more help with the design phase of their project. I know I am the exception with being able to design so much of my remodel.
  The builders were willing to divert their efforts to other home repairs I requested while on the remodel project.
 Kevin and his assistant completed almost all of the work themselves. The shower glass installation, stone counter tops, and painting were handled by other professionals that CCS building trusts and has used in the past. Their work and installation was supervised by Kevin or his assistant for quality assurance.
   CCS Builders was recommended to me by two of my neighbors who had extensive home remodels completed by Kevin and his assistant..  I did not shop around for anyone else. The quality and trustworthiness of my contractor means much more to me than saving a few dollars.  This remodel is one I will enjoy for years to come.  The beauty and quality of workmanship has greatly added to the value of our home. "Checked around with other Companies to get an estimate on a metal roof after much research on the different styles and quality. Some never returned calls others told me they were really busy because of Hurricane ( DUH really ) would get in touch with me later. So that was pretty discouraging after doing all the research myself then no one to give a Quote. This being said I called Solar Solutions, they told me they would be out to the house by the end of the week, which I was Shocked. Frank came out around 2:00 pm and got on the roof and measured and drew a blueprint and measurements of complete roof. He explained the options which we told him we wanted it done right which was Pricey but the Old saying you pay for what you get. He told us to think about it not pushy at all. He said he had another appointment that he would come back to cover the roof with Blackjack tar after the appointment which it was about 6:00 pm now. (Free of Charge even if you don't get roof done by him) We said it will be getting dark, he said that's why they have flashlights. About 8:00 pm the wife said it sounds like something on the roof, it was him. That sealed the deal for us. He said that we don't have to decided this quick. But we did and signed contract with the deposit. The roof looks Great we got the metal shake shingles by Dura-Loc the job was done by a Very Professional Crew, the neighbors said their roofs were replaced by Cowboys and ours was replaced by Craftsmen which it took 8 eight days to finish, cleaned up each night like nothing was being done here. Our Utility bills have gone down over 40 percent which is great living in Florida air conditioner runs 11 months a year. Plus the air does not struggle at all. Figuring to replace it this year but it hardly runs and does not labor at all. Insurance is cheaper by about 10 percent but the neighbors all went up 25-30 percent plus we went from 2% deductible to $500.00 deductible so I would say it probably went down 45-50%. We are Super Happy with the workmanship of the job done by the companies Great Employees. They are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED by us."

"We had a worn out and falling apart fence. With two dogs and being next to the community mailboxes we knew it was time for a new fence. We contacted a few fencing companies and checked the home stores. We contacted All Area Fence because a coworker recommended them. They came promptly to the house for a free estimate at a time convenient for us. Their estimate was the lowest and we liked that it was a family run business. When they arrived to begin work they let us know they under estimated the actual cost, but told us not to worry they stand by their estimates. They managed to tear down our old fence and build out our new fence in two days. This happened two days before a Hurricane Matthew came through. We are happy to report the fence made it through the storm with no damage."
