This poor crew was plagued by unrelenting rain so the first day they got all the down spout bottoms placed where they would be needed and made measurements and other preparations.  After a couple of hours the weather was so bad they had to secure but promptly returned the following day and completed the entire project!  The gutters look as though they were created to match our residence.   The screening looks great, too.

The work was completed by the middle of the afternoon and the debris all cleaned up.  The four members of this crew were polite, friendly and very efficient.

"The service department came out and inspected my problem windows. One pane needs to be replaced due to lack of gas between the panes. The service technician demonstrated why one window leaked due to high pressure water on the window (greater pressure than hurricane rains.) I had one total window that had a white film on the upper portion of each panel. He blamed it on my sprinklers, which do not touch the windows. I was angry about his response because I couldn't understand how if it was caused by the sprinklers, why was it only on the upper portion and not at the middle or bottom of the window. (The window opens from bottom to top).The service tech. was able to use soap/water and a razor blade to scrap off the white film. Overall, the service tech. did a good to fair job. Hopefully, he contacted the appropriate person to get my one bad window replaced. I'm waiting to find out when they will replace the one window."
