"I want to start off with saying that the final product of our concrete pad that we will be installing a pergola on top of later turned out amazing! But the journey to get there was complicated. I don’t believe that it was the Company‘s fault exactly. What happened was we had been getting a lot of rain and when they dug the area out and removed the grass there was a lot of mud and water in the “hole“.
