"The Forman and workers did a good job. They removed the old fence and installed a new fence as per contract. It took approximately two days to complete. However, the owner, Tommy, called me on the last day and borrowed $300 to pay the laborers that day. I gave the Forman an extra $300 at the owner s request. He said it would be just a small loan, and he would pay me back that week. After the job was finished, after at least five request by me to the owner, Tommy, he has not repaid me the $300 he borrowed from me. That has been over three weeks now. I have called him numerous times to get him to repay the $300 he owes me. He has made many promises, to send me a Check or come bring me cash, but every time he just gives me another excuse. He is not a man of his word. He is completely dishonest. I would never hire him to do work for me again!"
