This has been the best experience, Christian kept in touch either by phone and/or text throughout the whole process, he is very knowledgeable and explains everything to the customer. I highly recommend using Straight Forward Construction for any home repairs. I love my new roof and can't thank them enough. The price was very affordable as well.

My roofing experience with Straight Forward Construction was excellent! I received about 7 quotes when doing my research, and after narrowing it down, did some background checking on the company only to find they had a high BBB score as well. Butch worked with me each step of the way and made it very easy on me as a client. The pricing I was given was also great. The team came in and knocked my roof out in two days and its looks great! I would recommend them to anyone wanting a great experience with a reputable company.

It’s has been months for me to be able to get anyone out here to repair what they messed up! I paid so much money for a roof and new gutters. They messed up my gutters. My husband has called and called and called! We even went to the office in Auburndale! It’s been a really bad experience. Finally someone showed today to do the repairs and he was really nice and did a great job. I’m extremely stressed that if something goes wrong or IS wrong with my brand new roof, I will go through hell trying to get it repaired. I don’t even know if it’s put on correctly because they did such a bad job with my gutters 😞 I wanted this to go well, but it definitely did not.

Tyler was great to work with. He made the process of getting a new roof on our new house so smooth and easy, and the roofers did a great job. We were out of town when they did it, and when we returned we saw almost no signs around the house that a project had been done (other than the beautiful new roof). I highly recommend Straight Forward.

Butch provided excellent service. When we had questions he replied quickly. We were kept informed about progress of material acquisition and installation. He even provided us with a sample metal shingle and offered to attend an HOA meeting to help us receive approval. We love the new roof and I would use straight forward again.

Read on Facebook that you don't want to pay for a job done in Mulberry. Would highly recommend paying up before this goes viral on Tiktok/Facebook/Instagram. And let's not even get started on the reviews people will leave on your business page once this goes viral. I don't know the ones that did the job but I hate it when the big guys try to take advantage of the little guys. Your choice.

Excellent roof job,i have around 5 quotes and ask question to each one about insurance ,warranty and other question related with the work,only team that give me all the information with evidence,before and after the job was this company.At least leave them give you a free quote,you dont going to be sorry.
