Needed a custom section of wood floor trim to be used as a carpet transition strip, between a bedroom and the hallway, where an old seam would no longer stretch long enough to hide the seam itself. Simon created the transition strip on the spot with a sample of some wood flooring planks I had been holding as back up. Quite impressed with Simon's abilities, plus we were not charged a penny more for this additional work, which was not part of the original quote that was also quite reasonable. "The carpet stretching went well all the way from the initial contact, the assessment and estimate appointment, and the actual stretching day. Everything was handled professionally and there were no "surprises". Aguayo was one of the few companies we contacted that would move furniture, and that is the only way carpet stretching can be done right. Basically carpeting in every room on the first floor, including the MB closet, needed stretching. They moved all the furniture from one room to another and then back while they stretched the carpet in different rooms. I thought I'd be following them around with a vacuum cleaner, but they vacuumed up all the areas themselves after stretching was done. It was great. I would highly recommend."
