"Rachael and her team are extremely professional, thorough, and willing to take on new tasks as they arise. We use them for weekly cleaning of our beach house. Our guests always compliment us on how clean the house is when they arrive. We have every confidence in them showing up on time, every time. Her crew also went the extra mile for us when we couldn't get down to DE to meet a plumber. One of her gals let him in and stayed while he did the work. They are invaluable to us!"

"I hired her to clean my rental out before I handed it back in to the landlord. Her communication was great and she was very accommodating to my request to change the date. The house was spotless and I would highly recommend her services."

"I had other carpet cleaners try and remove stains etc. they always returned. This company used equipment to clean my carpet that I have never seen before. I was very impressed with their care for the customers property. They even used devices place in the grass so they would not damage the grass with their hoses. EXCELLENT!!!"

House Cleaning questions, answered by experts

You should wash your sheets at least once every two weeks and as often as once every week to keep your sleeping environment healthy. If it’s hot out, or if you have a job where you might deposit dust onto your sheets from your work environment, you should wash your sheets more frequently.

The best thing to clean bathrooms with is an all-purpose cleaner, a mixture of white vinegar and water (50:50 ratio), and a glass cleaner for mirrors and glass surfaces. You can also use baking soda on areas with soap residue or mildew. The best tool to clean a bathroom depends on the specific task, but a sponge and a fresh towel are versatile options.

You can remove stubborn stains from your toilet by scrubbing with a store-bought cleaner appropriate for the toilet’s material. If you’re looking for a homemade solution, you can also use vinegar and baking soda—just pour 2 cups of white vinegar around the edges of your toilet. Once the bowl is wet with vinegar, sprinkle 3 tablespoons of baking soda, concentrating on the stains. Scrub the bowl with a toilet brush and flush to clean the mixture.

Just a note: While combining baking soda and vinegar is OK, never mix that solution with any other cleaners.

The most effective toilet tank cleaners include commercial cleaning products, but for DIY purposes, white vinegar is best. Vinegar can help kill bacteria and remove mineral buildup from your toilet tank, but it won’t harm the necessary bacteria in your septic tank as some commercial products can. For the best clean, hire a professional to choose the most aggressive cleaning product that’s still safe for your septic tank, or use white vinegar and a scrub brush to do the cleaning yourself.

Plan on deep cleaning the garbage disposal weekly with a maintenance run of ice cubes and lemon peels. Make it a regular part of your kitchen cleaning checklist.
