Our Salesperson, Harlan, was very professional and explained the benefits of the new windows and all about Power as a company. The installers arrived on time and completed the entire job in a day! "The Window People did an excellent job replacing an exterior door in my home. The contractor was very polite and capable and the door looks great and he cleaned up the area nicely when the job was done. I knocked one star off of my 'customer service' rating for the following reasons: First, he asked me if I had any caulk he could use (which I did, and which I offered him, but I think this should have been HIS responsibility, since it's something that a contractor should expect to bring with him to do the job, not something that you need to rely on the customer to supply (unlike the actual door, for example). Secondly, he asked if I had a caulk gun that he could use (which I did, but again, shouldn't the contractor be expected to bring caulk and a caulk gun to a job site where he knows he will need it?). And thirdly, he asked if I had a hacksaw that he could use to cut the molding (which I did, and which which I offered to him, but again . . . .). In any case, I am delighted with the work that was done."
