"Tony is wonderful. We have used him before. He will be the only carpenter/ contractor we will ever use. Communication was great. Very clean work area. I highly recommend Tony."

"It went very well. Supervisor and Crew arrived at designated time. They were very professional and work was completed within the time they said it would be. Roof and sky light look great. Supervisor answered all our questions."

"We are thrilled with the renovation of our basement. Dan, the project manager, organized and oversaw the subcontractors so that no time was lost during the renovation. We were amazed that a project of this size was completed in 4 weeks given that they had to demolish an existing basement from the 1970s. Mario, the main carpenter, was pleasant, a talented and hard worker ,and could picture and execute solutions to complicated design issues posed by the existing systems of our house. We love the outcome which is peaceful and harmonious. The quality of all the materials used was excellent and ideal for a basement. We would highly recommend Lux Renovations."

"Joe is very easy to work with. He listened to ideas and followed through. He was there when he said he would be and notified me if he was delayed. The tile work, painting and remodeling work he has done is beautiful. Iâ  m still in the process of making changes to my home and Joe will be my go to person."

"Top Tier Builders are very reliable and trusted company 100%! Their communication and work ethic is great! We purchased a flip house in 2021 and needed someone to get the job done in the kitchen area. It was very hard to find contractors because it was summer time and everyone was very busy, but someone recommended Top Tier Builders and we decided to trust our gut and go with them! Not only did they love our ideas, they also drafted design solutions to ensure our dreams became reality. They designed our kitchen taking our entire family into account and accomplished the remodel with A+ work! They were on time to complete the project and did an amazing job! Thank you so much Top Tier! We are absolutely recommend you to any home owner!"
