"Tony did a fantastic job! He was very helpful with suggestions in the design of our deck. After the old deck was removed he found some structural issues. He did a great job of making our deck structurally sound. Our deck was completed in a timely fashion as promised. His workmanship and attention to detail can be seen in our finished product.Tony was extremely easy to work with and would highly recommend him for any project"

"It went very well. Supervisor and Crew arrived at designated time. They were very professional and work was completed within the time they said it would be. Roof and sky light look great. Supervisor answered all our questions."

"We had a great experience with the Lux Renovations and Owens Corning team. The whole process was very easy from designing the space, selecting colors, and having a contract manager who organized the entire basement remodel including all the trades and inspections. We were sold on the Owens Corning materials for the basement and that they were engineered specifically for a basement space. Would highly recommend this team for your basement remodel needs."

"M Phippin did a great job on our 2 room addition. He has the most detailed and easy to understand quote. He stuck to his quote. The work was done in a timely manner considering corona virus came into play towards the end of the remodel. We absolutely love the 2 rooms he did and I wouldn’t think twice to hire him again."

"Joe is very easy to work with. He listened to ideas and followed through. He was there when he said he would be and notified me if he was delayed. The tile work, painting and remodeling work he has done is beautiful. Iâ  m still in the process of making changes to my home and Joe will be my go to person."

"This was not a small project. The team did a complete remodel of my master bath, a partial remodel of my guest bath as well as replacing tile in my kitchen and foyer. Dustin is very easy to work with. I needed someone I could trust when it came to the design of the master bath. Dustin helped me turn my vague concepts into very concrete ideas. His team was wonderful to work with. They were skilled craftsmen who were very respectful of my space, My condo finally feels like home. I would highly recommend this group if you are considering a project. Thank you Coastal Bay."

"His work was impeccable and his customer service was excellent. Was a smooth easy process and he made sure this remodeling process was easy and comfortable for me. Would use him again and recommend him to others"

"Our project couldn't have been more flawless. The work crew came promptly at 8am for 3 full days, laying down runners of dropcloths to protect our hardwood floors. They worked diligently together, asking us our opinion as they proceeded. They usually would finish each day by 3p, with the affected areas vacuumed and picked up. They hauled away all the huge boxes. Since it rained for 2 days, they worked out of our garage and cleaned it and our driveway of any debris. They not only worked efficiently and expertly as a team but were so pleasant and accommodating to us. None of our questions were ignored. The installation of our frameless sliding shower door and unconventional sliding barn door on its track were products they hadn't dealt with before. But, they took their time and care to install both as if it was routine! We are extremely satisfied with the outcome. We would definitely recommend "First State Bath" to anyone wanting a professional, reasonably priced bathroom remodel by a great group of expert, friendly workers. Thank you 2 Mikes and 2 Teds, Tom, their supervisor and Joe, owner, for my new spa-like bathroom!"
