"We asked Patsy and his crew to help us get the 1980's home we purchased back up and running. They refurbished the wrap around deck and installed a railing, then built a fence for our pups - all beautiful work - fast and efficient. The inside improvements were even better! Out with the 1980's carpet, in with laminate flooring to match the hardwoods in other areas of the home. New toilets; painting; cleaning of surfaces that were too high for us to reach, and the house looks great! Thank you Patsy and crew!!!"

You can sell a house with lead paint, but there are several requirements. If you are aware that lead paint exists anywhere in the home, you must disclose that to potential buyers.
