"Santos arrived promptly this afternoon to see the job and to give me a quote. When I agreed to his very reasonable amount, he said he had the time right then to get the job done. He and his wife, Maura, worked very hard and assiduously and completed the entire job in 3 hours! My yard around the fallen limbs was raked and cleaned of all twigs and debris. I am very pleased with the fine job done so expediently, and the very fair price! I recommend Santos Masonry and Landscaping for any small projects you may need in your yard or around your home! "They moved all of our furniture from one home to the other. I've moved many times and have never had a good experience with a moving companies. But these guys were awesome. We're careful, they took the time to protect our furniture. And they worked really hard. I highly recommend!"

"Brett responded to us quickly when we first contacted him. He was courteous, prompt, professional, and personable. He was on time and when he left you wouldn't know he had been here as he cleaned up everything. Our job consisted of removing a hot tub from an enclosed area so he had to cut it up in several pieces to hull it away. He was amazing and we would recommend him for all you junk hauling needs."

Hauling questions, answered by experts

Yes, many states have laws that require e-waste recycling. These include North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey, just to name a few. Search online for your state and municipality’s regulations on e-waste for more specific information.

Before a move, prioritize projects that involve repairing broken or old home features over ones with the highest ROI—because no amount of manufactured stone veneer will distract potential buyers from an interior that's falling apart. Only after you've tended to your home's biggest sore spots should you turn your attention to other potential renovations.

In most cases, the money you’ll spend on concrete disposal is well worth the investment. Concrete is heavy and often bulky, so moving it manually can be dangerous and time-consuming. A professional disposal company will have equipment and machinery to expedite the process and keep everyone safe in the process. Additionally, some companies can save you some money on dumping fees if they work with other entities that take recycled concrete.

Pouring chemicals down the sink or toilet is a bad idea. In large amounts, they can damage plumbing and septic system. Tossing them in the trash can cause leaks, harmful fumes, and other problems, too.

Pouring chemicals onto the ground or nearby storm drains is also not recommended. Toxic chemicals can leak into nearby plants, lawns, or even water sources. It’s also illegal to pour out certain substances like used motor oil. Instead, schedule a trip to a local dropoff site for household hazardous wastes. Most local government websites can give you information on where to dispose of these substances.

Depending on where you live and how much furniture you’re disposing of, you could schedule a large item collection with your municipal trash pick-up services, hire a junk removal company, or rent a dumpster.
