"Gutters: fine. Paid for and complete. Roof: TBD... the work itself seems fine. however, the customer service and communication from the owner was unacceptable and unprofessional to a degree that I cannot even articulate! Upon receipt of the invoice, I emailed a few questions about the charges and completed work, as the scope of work on the proposal did not match that of the invoice. Perfectly reasonable queries for clarification warranting simple answers. Instead of responding with the answers, he replied with a scathing, aggressive, hostile, unprofessional, and downright rude email... that never answered the questions, i might add. This line of communication continued for several iterations and days. Nearly 2 weeks later I finally got an updated invoice, after asking multiple times, which satisfactorily answered my questions and settled my concerns. Why the owner felt compelled to turn a few questions into a full battle royale, I will never know. I would NEVER ever hire them again and I hope their workmanship proves FAR superior to their customer service and attitude."
