However, the roof continued to leak in the exact spots they supposedly repaired. They sent a crew out again, but the leaks persisted. Loria later visited the property and assured me that a crew would return to address the problem. Months have passed, and no one has shown up. Throughout this time, I?ve been given a series of excuses ? from lost service tickets to vehicle breakdowns and personal issues. Eventually, Len contacted me and denied any responsibility or offered solutions. For the price I paid, the quality of work has been completely unacceptable. I feel misled and extremely disappointed with both the service and the lack of accountability. Stay far away from this company."

The installation inside was done well and there was no cleanup I had to do when they left! Outside, I had one minor aesthetic concern that was addressed immediately the following day. More companies should be as responsive as Kinetic. Nicole and the office staff are a pleasure to deal with."
