They explained the entire process and why what they were doing is important based on the type of system I have. As a relatively new homeowner with an old home this is very important to me. They did a thorough job of cleaning my air vents and dryer vent and I feel confident they left my home cleaner and much safer than when they arrived. Even after the sale was made, he stayed in contact through the installation process to make sure we were satisfied. The installation team did a great job too. "My water heater stopped working on Friday night (Sept 10, 20211). I called the service provider I had used for decades who came on Sunday afternoon and was given a quote for $4000. I was shocked!!!! The technician was very nice and made numerous recommendations. Unfortunately, none of the suggestions worked for me: my responsibility to get unit, hire them to install which would void the warranty, etc. I contacted Angie's list because I've had success with it before. Two immediate caveats: 1. BBB rating 2. Stellar reviews. The price was much better and included a top rate water heater, installation, removal of old unit, and a ten year warranty. Steve H came and installed it and did a remarkable job. Everyone individual I dealt with was very friendly and answered all questions. SUGGESTION: Check for your own financing first. Some credit cards offer immediate 2% deals and no interest payments for as long as fifteen months. Done Right Today does offer financing but research first. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE DEAL, INSTALLATION, AND WARRANTY I GOT AND WILL NOT HESITATE TO CALL DONE RIGHT TODAY AGAIN. i am done with my old service provider."

"From soup to nuts, the entire experience was made easy for us by the company. The salesman, Nick, came out to see us the day after my system kicked the bucket, and after checking out the system, he presented me with a few different options, and without using fancy words, explained everything plainly and easy for me to understand. After I discussed things with my wife, we called him a few hours later to give the go-ahead, and he had us scheduled just 2 days out. The installation team arrived promptly at the scheduled window, and took care to treat our house like it was their own. Drop cloths were used to protect my flooring, and after the job was done they made sure to remove all the debris from the job so nothing was left. After the job was done, the job foreman took me around and showed me everything that they did and explained the function of the system, and when I had questions, they explained plainly and without complaint or exasperation. They treated me and my house with the utmost respect. I highly recommend this company for any HVAC needs anyone might have."
