The hole was caused by the wire laying on top of the copper tubing, and as you can see the wire's sheathing was missing. Hole repaired, wire repaired, salon now toasty again. Also installed a utility tub in my laundry room. I didn't even call done rite till maybe 11:00am. They came did all work and where out of here by 5:15. How is that for same day service.
