"I was very pleased with the work Bill and his crew did. All were very pleasant and professional. They were able to do a final cleanup from over the winter, removing all sticks and leaves. Following that They weeded, raked, installed edging, applied and spread mulch. Did a final cleanup of the mulch, driveway and walk areas before leaving. Very happy with the job they did. I would recommend this company and I would hire them again."

"The garage turned out well. There were a few things done that was not perfect. They painted over some light bulbs and covers. The basement turned out great as well. There were several guys that came out and completed the project (including a ridiculous amount of nail pops) in just 3 days. This was the quaility of work I expected for the main 2 floors. The interior was another story. I was told when I received the bid that it would be a project that was squeezed in since they were very booked. Price was lower than the competitors so we hired. The company sent out 1 man to conduct the job. He was all over the place, missed spots and I was getting very stressed out. He fixed some nail pops but didn’t complete all of them. Additionally we would come home and see furniture and new carpet had not been covered up. Brush lines are still visable in spots along with paint runs. The home was empty and without furniture for 1 month. They were unable to complete the job while it was empty. The company had to come out after the pervious sub contractor was complete to try and fix and better the quality of the final product. Additionally, not everything was as it should be when final payment was made. There are stilll definite brush marks and color differences along all the corners and seems. Due to furniture being delivered that was too heavy to move, I will have to ask them to come out when we move again to see if they can finish some spots. The crew that came out to fix the job did well but there was so much space to cover they didn’t get everything. We are still noticing spots along the home that weren’t caught."

"Vince called me back within hours of my sending him a message through Angie's List.  Even though he does not list Montgomery County as one of his service areas, he was completely willing to help us out.  In my message, I had requested the work to be done onsite but Vince explained why having him pick up the generator and take it back to his shop to work on it would make more sense.  His charge for pick-up and delivery back to us was only $34.95.
When Vince came to pick up the generator, he was on time and was able to give me a ballpark cost for the work (which turned out to be very accurate).  He said that he could get it back to us in 3-4 days but I asked if he could do it faster as there was a snow storm predicted for the next day or so.  Vince agreed to a shorter time line and ultimately got the generator back to us within 1 day!  There ended up being no snow storm but we got our generator back in working condition - along with a booklet of care instructions, a copy of our invoice, and a service history form.  A few days later we received a hand-written Thank You card in appreciation of our business.  I can't imagine how the service could have been any better.  We will use Vince for any future small engine repairs/maintenance we have and highly recommend him and his services.

"Oh my word, I hired them to power wash my desk railings and we have a lot of them. Three guys showed up, all pleasant and professional, they must have spent all afternoon working on my railings. I thought it would take an hour at most, but no, they went to town, power washing everything in sight, my umbrella that had mildew on it, the decks, other fence areas, etc. they just took it upon themselves to get the whole place cleaned up. And at the price they initially quoted me. There was not a spot of dirt or grime left. I have never before seen such an amazing job being done. They used ladders, ropes, bent over railings, went upside down on the railings, sideways, from the back and the front, got every bit of dirt off. I wish I had photos but I am not there now. The railings had mildew and were all green, it it spotless, all white now. I can’t thank them enough, you will be very pleased using them, I promise you. Thank you Ortiz, see you again next year! "I sent a form online on Saturday afternoon. I received a call that evening and was unable to answer. I woke up to the door on Sunday morning to the company at my front door to schedule my power washing. It was a bit aggressive, but the work was great. The guy from the company offered to give a quote for a few items on the outside of our house that were already scheduled with other companies - he persisted and I finally told him that we had a contract with those other companies. He left it alone afterward. The work itself was great, the guy was just a bit pushy."
