He was able to start and finish the job in a very short time. He even got started and finished sooner than I expected which few contractors do anymore. He kept at it until it was completed, not letting us hanging with a partially completed project, which happened to me with previous contractors. The work was done in a very professional manner and of excellent quality. Any deviations I had from the original contract were no problem for him.
