"First, the owner, Benny Bennett, came on time to see what needed to be done and give me a quote. I told him that I only wanted my gutters to be cleaned because I needed to have my deck replaced. He gave me a quote for the cleaning, for gutter guards in the back, and to replace the deck. Not only was he reasonable, he had his crew come and had all the work done in under four hours. The crew cleaned up all of the old boards and ran a magnet over the area to make sure no nails or screws were there to ensure my and my dog's safety. Steve was very responsive to my inquiry and understood my concern about the plants that surround the house. I live in a house with mature plantings and other companies have damaged the plants with the cleaning solution and the power of the pressure washer. Steve assured me he would rinse off all washing solution from the plants and they would not be damaged. I was not home when they started but was there for the majority of the work and Steve and his associate were careful  of the plants and did wash off all solution---the plants are fine with no chemical scald at all. Another thing Steve did was scrub the aluminum (and there is a lot) and got it clean. Other providers said that they would charge more if they had to scrub the aluminum. Steve's price was lower than other estimates and I was extremely happy with him, his company and the quality of the work. I have and will continue to recommend him to neighbors and family.

"We purchased an offer through Angie's List. Our house was double the size that was offered in the deal but he was kind enough to send us another price and he was really nice about it and accommodating. He could have charged us twice the price and he didn't he just gave us another special deal. He did an excellent job and I would highly recommend him. (10/14/2016) UPDATE Bob had offered a special deal through Angie's List to clean and scrub the roof . He said due to our home supposedly being larger then that deal offered, we would have to pay him extra for that but he would still give us a break on the total. He cleaned the roof, but it was still dirty. Bob said to wait for it to rain and it will clean the rest that was left, so we did. After the rain it still looked horrible. We reached out to him and requested he redo the job. He said he would and since then many call have been made to him with no response. We definitely are not happy with his lack of response to us especially after he had gone out of his way to make sure the house was completely clean."
