"First, the owner, Benny Bennett, came on time to see what needed to be done and give me a quote. I told him that I only wanted my gutters to be cleaned because I needed to have my deck replaced. He gave me a quote for the cleaning, for gutter guards in the back, and to replace the deck. Not only was he reasonable, he had his crew come and had all the work done in under four hours. The crew cleaned up all of the old boards and ran a magnet over the area to make sure no nails or screws were there to ensure my and my dog's safety. The crew were polite and professional and very hard working.. They did a great job and it looks great! I would gladly recommend and intend to use them again on another job."

Our house was double the size that was offered in the deal but he was kind enough to send us another price and he was really nice about it and accommodating. He could have charged us twice the price and he didn't he just gave us another special deal. He did an excellent job and I would highly recommend him. (10/14/2016) UPDATE Bob had offered a special deal through Angie's List to clean and scrub the roof . He said due to our home supposedly being larger then that deal offered, we would have to pay him extra for that but he would still give us a break on the total. He cleaned the roof, but it was still dirty. Bob said to wait for it to rain and it will clean the rest that was left, so we did. After the rain it still looked horrible. We reached out to him and requested he redo the job. He said he would and since then many call have been made to him with no response. We definitely are not happy with his lack of response to us especially after he had gone out of his way to make sure the house was completely clean."

"Dan was prompt on a estimate, house and concrete powerwashing along with some rust removal on the cement. I accepted the proposal immediately and texted him a week later and asked when we could schedule. He and his helper came out the next morning at 8am. Power washing was done well. Dan said he would come back to apply the rust remover. 2 weeks later and 2 text messages later, I have not heard back about the rust removal. I rated highly for power washing and value as this was the major component of the job and not so highly on customer service as I have not heard back on the last little piece of the job."
