"When I purchased my home, this company was hired to certify the roof. They identified a few issues and claimed to have fixed them. However, the roof continued to leak in the exact spots they supposedly repaired. They sent a crew out again, but the leaks persisted. Loria later visited the property and assured me that a crew would return to address the problem. Months have passed, and no one has shown up. Throughout this time, I?ve been given a series of excuses ? from lost service tickets to vehicle breakdowns and personal issues. Eventually, Len contacted me and denied any responsibility or offered solutions. For the price I paid, the quality of work has been completely unacceptable. I feel misled and extremely disappointed with both the service and the lack of accountability. Stay far away from this company."

"Juan, his son and the rest of the crew did a great job in repairing and installing a16 foot second wall with column to my patio. They also had to remove half of the pavers to re-level the patio and added pavers to fill-in the 3 feet of bed between the house and the patio on the left side of the steps. They were punctual and very professional. They laid down 4x8 plywood from my front driveway around the back of my house for heavier equipment to protect my grass. My wife and I could not be more pleased with the job that they did and plan to have them back next spring to add some lights to the other wall and columns as we really like the one's that they installed on the new wall."

"From start to finish, the job went very well. Some smaller materials were delivered late last week. On Monday, the dumpster arrived. Tuesday morning, the crew came and began stripping off the old roof (two layers of shingles) and identifying plywood sheathing that needed replacement (14 pieces). I knew I had some bad spots, having felt soft spots while walking on the roof. The rest of the morning was spent replacing the bad sheathing and placing the ice shields and underlayment. By noon, the new shingles arrived and by 7:00 pm, the roof was completed and the project site cleaned up. They even put back our old gutter guards. We were really impressed with the skill and drive of the entire work crew, and their ability to get such a large job done so quickly and efficiently. Our neighbors were blown away too. So much better quality work that we have seen from other roofing jobs in the neighborhood."
