"It’s all about the experience and I couldn’t be happier! Mike built a gorgeous sun room did did a fantastic job from start to finish. Mike’s professionalism and craftsmanship is unmatched! He provided timely results and was always available to discuss any questions or concerns that I had! I’m a stickler for quality and attention to details and Mike didn’t let me down! Thanks Mike."

"They did a fantastic job cleaning, re-screening, and installing a new door in my porch. I will definitely patronize them again!"

"That was a project to convert a single car garage into a recreational room. I love my new room with a ping-pong table, new windows for a daylight in the day time and all ceiling lights when its dark. My new vinyl plank is warm even for bare feet. Thanks to mini split unit on the wall, the room can be heated in a winter or cooled in a summer. Some details of project were changed during the construction and I appreciate how flexible Brent was to adopt the changes and new elements to include into his work. He came up and told first when had met any obstacles and usually came up with suggestion how to avoid, build it differently or even to redo some steps when he thought it could be better for the result. Great job, Atlantic Construction."

"The workers did a good job. They were very professional and personable. I am already thinking about another job they can do for me!"

"Accessible Home Builders recently converted our backyard deck into a 3-season sunroom. The communication throughout the job was probably the best we have had with a home improvement contractor. We are very pleased with the final result, and would be glad to do business with Scott again. - Gordon and Martha MacPherson"

"We hired Jeff Maunes and crew to replace the supporting piers, decking, and extensive finishing/trim work of a quite-large covered porch. Importantly, the job involved correcting structural work that had not been done correctly when the porch was first built. Jeff has many years experience and he understood from the outset exactly what was was needed and what kind of finished product we wanted. Communication was excellent. Jeff and his employees are extremely professional and their workmanship first-rate. Despite frequently uncooperative and cold weather, the project was completed in a timely manner. We highly recommend this company and hope to use its services again."

"Prompt and reliable service! Totally cleaned up and removed all trash and debris! They even fixed several tile that were damaged and didnâ t charge us. We highly recommend Luiz and his crew."

"I had them build my beach house during Covid and I could not be more pleased with how things went. Materials and labor cost was an issue but I was kept informed the entire way on timing of the items as well as increased cost for the project. They are very quick to respond and also very polite and courteous to me and my wife. I could’ve went with a big builder in the area but would have never gotten the treatment that I did with such a caring local builder. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for any type of work and the Delaware market."
