He did a good job in cleaning up the fallen insulation pieces from the floor, but there was still residual insulation dust on the floor and on my storage boxes. The tape he used to secure the ductwork insulation batts kept coming undone after he left, which I later re-taped myself. Overall, the quality of the work was great, but the cleanup could only be rated as 'Good'."

"The work done in May of 2012 was outstanding.  Since the waterproofing work was completed, we have not had any water-related issues in the main basement.  Recently, we noticed some significant water in the small adjoining bathroom (not in the perimeter of the waterproofing), and we contacted Rightway Waterproofing about the problem.  Steve came out and assessed the situation, removing some of the drywall, and determined that the observed water was not from any broken pipes, from seepage due to our water table, nor due to cracks in the foundation.  The water either was fro trapped condensation from the toilet bowl getting underneath the tiling, or from the recent construction workers there earlier in the week spilling a lot of water during clean-up.  Steve was extremely helpful, professional, and was not upset at coming after business hours to help us understand our problem.  Steve didn't charge anything for the visit, work, and consultation.  All of our experiences with Rightway Waterproofing have been top-notch and I would recommend them with the highest level recommendation to anyone looking at waterproofing work.  They not only do an outstanding job, but they stand behind their work and are available years after the job.
