"The crew members were very nice. They came on time. Everything went well till they found mold behind our shower stall then everything go down the drain. Originally, they told us the whole job only took one week and we took 2 days to fixed the mold problem. At the end of the first week, they only did 1/10 of the job. They were very behind! And then they told us that they have a very tight schedule so they could only come whenever they were available--that's like one or two days a week and the worst was they only let us know the date like couple days ahead of time. It took them THREE months to finished our bathroom! We had paid for diamond fusion coating on the shower stall glass but they forgot to put that in the contract. Everything went well.  Workers came and cleaned up.  No problems with installation.

If you want your windows done, call them.  If you are "thinking about it".  Don't call.  They will call you daily afterwards.  I had to block them from my phone as they continue to call me every 2 days for what I don't know.  Work was well but the phone calls are annoying.

It had previously been a dark color, and I am not sure if they primed it good enough. You can still see the dark color through it. "Once we got in touch with each other (my emails were going to spam), things fell into place pretty quickly.  He sent an estimate, which looked good, and started on the work quickly in order to complete it before we moved into the house.
The popcorn ceiling removal was a hot, demanding job in the summer.  What made it more difficult was the fact that under the popcorn, a lot of the ceiling had not been taped or sealed.  Lots of finishing and repairs were required before they could prime and paint it.  They repaired nail pops as well.
The underlayment, flooring and trim went in afterwards.  All of it looks terrific and very professional.  The stairs look great as well, as the carpenter was very detail-oriented.  
Jim and his crew are really nice people and very helpful.  I will be hiring them again to put in windows and paint inside.  I highly respect his work."

"I had a contractor (who has since gone out of business) poorly install two window in the front of the house, leaving ripped framing and holes around the outside of the windows.  ABX Contracting was the most responsive, and was one of the few interested in actually looking at my windows to see my situation.
They were also the first to not try to sell me on new windows (the windows themselves are already new).
That day, I had a price to perform the work.   I scheduled it, they showed up promptly -- and, by the way, it should be noted that the person there to look at the problem originally was back to oversee everything.  It was refreshing not having to listen for 15 minutes about how great they are, or having to fend off a pushy commission-based salesman.   Instead, they let their work do the talking.
I was extremely satisfied with the work -- the total quality, as well as the attention to detail -- that I showed them additional work that I needed to be done that day (reframing an exterior door).   The price was reasonable, and again -- the work done exceeded my expectations.  I would whole-heartedly recommend this company.
