They removed the panel, and returned the very next Saturday with a perfect repair which they installed. We met Donna and her husband who did a terrific job. I hope our dog Jeff who made this repair necessary when he tried to attack the mailman from inside the house never does this again. If he does we will get to see Donna and husband again and Jeffs milk bone treats will be reduced."

"Made an appt. with Castle Rep, James, for 17 windows and vinyl siding. He spent 1 hour talking about how great his company and windows are before finally getting down to the issue. We were told that CASTLE makes and services their own window, with all the best technology and technicians available. The price per window for energy efficient came out to over $1,200 per double-hung window! And since they make their own products, we could not find a way to compare quality and price with other manufacturers. But his per-window price exceeds the average price of $500-700 by A LOT! When we balked, he made a call to his "manager" to see if we qualified for a "special promotional" discount. If we were to commit right there on the spot, we would get an additional 10% off! Still way to high. We said we would think about it (he got sad and snippy), and that we wanted to hear about the vinyl siding quote before we made any decisions. He told us he could not give us a siding quote until his company did an "eagle view" measurement, which would require another appointment! We had no intention of sitting through ANOTHER high-pressure appointment. High pressure, long-drawn out presentation and he would not leave us with anything in writing! No brochures, prices, nothing! He refused to put anything in writing and we could not have a break down of labor and costs. I even asked him if I could have a copyhh of the window warranty and he said "only if you purchase right now." And they did not come prepared with references or previous job locations! When we further researched the company, we found they did make very excellent products, but the #1 complaint was by far that they did not honor their lifetime warranty and that customer service was horrible. In the end, we chose not to do business.."

"I purchase a nine and a half hour deal and I got four hours out of it but he said something about I get credit for the other five hours that's never happen before almost every time they come out and they do the work whatever time it took it that's it so I don't know I don't know it's not his company so I don't know whether I will get the other five hours, what he did he did a good job on the frame of the door and the threshold of the door were kind of rotten away a little bit he replace them he did a good job it was fine I was just disappointed that I had two windows that needed to be done as well, I don't know hold he felt about doing that extra it wasn't extra he was like edging about if he open the windows he wasn't sure if he could open the windows he tried them and he said well the glass might break anyway I think what's gong to happen is I'm going to put the windows in myself I'm just going to do it myself. What he did was wonderful but I really felt like I didn't get what I paid for. Well my other comment was it didn't say in the ad that materials were separate but they were so on top of not getting all the hours that I thought I was going to get I wined up paying for the materials too so all in all in wined up being really expensive for what I got."
