Alex made sure we added all of the needed safety features to ensure our sons safety was top priority. Our son is now able to shower on his own and he actually wants to get ready for bed! I am still dealing with paying other companies to fix problems as Paul and his crew are unable to fix mistakes. They will come in and cause new problems. "
