"Nikki did a great job working with me to get just the right slab. Bill proved things fairly. They were on time and followed up with the punch it I had. Unfortunately, my new sink was scratched during installation and they came back out to try to buff it out but only made it worse. I contacted them about it but never heard back from them yet. Prior to that, I would say they were 4.5 to 5 stars."

"The job was beautiful. On close inspection, we found several small gaps that would eventually result in mold buildup. We asked Rod to take a look at it. Rather than sending the worker back, Rod came himself and took care of the problem. We are totally satisfied with the job and would hire Sir Grout again!"
