2.  AFTER ASSESSING THE DAMAGE HE CALLED TO FURTHER DISCUSS THE NEEDED REPAIRS  AND CONFIRM DATE HE WILL BE ON SITE TO DO THE WORK.
3.  ONCE ON SITE UPON INSPECTION OF DAMAGE HE REALIZED THAT THE GUTTER WAS NOT PROPERLY SECURED TO THE FRAME OF THE HOUSE. HE THEN TOOK STEPS TO RESCURE THE GUTTERS USING LONGER SUPPORT BRACKETS AND NAILS.
4.  HE ALSO DID MINOR CLEANING OF THE GUTTER.
5.  HE TESTED THE GUTTERS ABILITY TO DRAIN WATER CORRECTLY AND PROVIDED EVIDENCE THAT WATER DRAINED FROM GUTTER TO THE DOWN SPOUT.
6.  WE ARE TOTALLY PLEASE WITH KURT''S COMPREHENSIVE APPROACH TO FIXING THE PROBLEM. WE WOULD ENGAGE HIS SERVICES AGAIN IF NEEDED.
