"Brian responded promptly to a message I sent. He was able to schedule service a few days later. He was on time and and got right to work on the assembly that we had struggled with. He was able to put the pitch back together despite what was probably factory flaw. Our son has been enjoying using it daily. He did a great job. We have since hired Brian and Valerie Spencer Interiors to order and install a window she for our picture window. We look forward to hiring Brian for other projects in the future."

"We used Lux to install an Owens-Corning system in an unfinished basement. The project turned out beautifully and is very custom to our space- half carpeted, half flooring. Dan was very communicative and quickly took care of some finishing details that are the icing on the cake. It's amazing to be able to reclaim previously unused space and turn it into a heated, well-used room! While we aren't fans of Owens-Corning sales tactics, we went into it knowing what to expect and were able to get the price down to the ballpark that we were expecting, with a return on investment that is 100% worth it."

"Dan went above and beyond in what I had expected to get accomplished. It was the extra mile that Dan and his guy Chris went in order to make my basement look brand new. This included installing and framing a new door and framing a window. He also fixed all the other little things that weren't originally something i had asked for! Very polite and extremely knowledgeable. I was impressed, great guy and a great team, many thanks."

"1. THE OWNER ASKED US TO TEXT HIM PICS OF THE DAMAGED AREA
2. AFTER ASSESSING THE DAMAGE HE CALLED TO FURTHER DISCUSS THE NEEDED REPAIRS AND CONFIRM DATE HE WILL BE ON SITE TO DO THE WORK.
3. ONCE ON SITE UPON INSPECTION OF DAMAGE HE REALIZED THAT THE GUTTER WAS NOT PROPERLY SECURED TO THE FRAME OF THE HOUSE. HE THEN TOOK STEPS TO RESCURE THE GUTTERS USING LONGER SUPPORT BRACKETS AND NAILS.
4. HE ALSO DID MINOR CLEANING OF THE GUTTER.
5. HE TESTED THE GUTTERS ABILITY TO DRAIN WATER CORRECTLY AND PROVIDED EVIDENCE THAT WATER DRAINED FROM GUTTER TO THE DOWN SPOUT.
6. WE ARE TOTALLY PLEASE WITH KURT''S COMPREHENSIVE APPROACH TO FIXING THE PROBLEM. WE WOULD ENGAGE HIS SERVICES AGAIN IF NEEDED.
