Customers say: Quick response

"Awesome service, fast, efficient. Kevin and three men arrived and were in and out in a little over 2 hours. They cleaned the window screens as well as the screens on the porch. Kevin was friendly and exceptionally cooperative, ensuring that every window, including small ones on doors, the garage, and the basement were taken care of. My efforts were minimal, they worked around curtains and items on the counters with no impact on the quality of their work. Prices were in keeping with past providers, with additional services added. I will definitely rehire All Clean."

"My experience with Choice Services was very positive and I will absolutely be a repeat customer!

I was hosting an event at my home and wanted to clean up the outside. My siding was a bit mildewy and discolored due to pollen, tree/shrub, and even some spiderwebs. I am very happy with the results! Frederick (the owner) used a cleaning solution that maintained the color of the siding while getting rid of the "dirt and grime." My home is a light yellow color, and it looked bright and cheery post the cleaning. (I actually didn't realize how bad it really was until I saw before and after pictures.)

The window cleaning left me speechless. The glass, window sills, and screens were all cleaned. While Frederick worked outside, a member of his team came into my home and went room to room cleaning windows. He was very professional and friendly, and worked around my familly and our belongings. (Next time I'll either leave or go outside while they clean inside. My kids kept wanting to watch!) He was very meticulous and took care to pull blinds up and push curtains to the side. The windows were the cleanest I've ever seen them since we purchased our home!

What also stood out for me was the Choice Services punctuality. They arrived early and stayed until the job was done. I did not need to supply anything except access to the outdoor water faucet. They showed up on time, had all of their own supplies, did the job perfectly, and cleaned up afterwards.

I am very cautious when it comes to having work done on our home, and even more cautious about who I allow to work INSIDE of my home. Choice Services made the experience comfortable for me and I will hire them again. Frederick is great with his customers and it's clear that he works hard to build a trusting relationship. He cared about the end result and my satisfaction as his customer.

"

Gilson's work was excellent.    I was very happy with the result of the exterior power washing of the white three story house.  He made a point of protecting the rose bushes at the base of the house by using covers so the cleaning chemicals did not harm them.  He restored the use and color of a wooden porch which was very weathered and turning green from the moss of an overhanging tree.

The painting of a five room apartment was done very professionally.   The surfaces were expunged of holes and left smooth.   Special attention was taken to insure paint did not touch lights, door handles or window seams.

Gilson was able to complete both jobs within a week and even worked on Saturday.    I reached out to him a month after the job was done for some replacement paint of a unique color to touchup some paint after I had tile work done in a bathroom.  He procured the extra paint and delivered it to me very quickly and at no charge.

I will definitely use his services again.

Sandblasting Services questions, answered by experts

Sandblasting removes old paint, rust, and grime efficiently, providing a clean surface for refinishing.

If you’re DIYing the project, it could take up to a week if you aren’t able to dedicate full-time hours. If you hire a professional and they arrive with a team, expect your stairs to be sanded in as little as 2 hours (for simple projects). Finishing the stairs takes a while longer as there are drying and sealing times to consider, but the actual work will take much less time than the sanding portion.

Sandblasting is useful when you need to strip material off a hard surface. Common reasons to sandblast are to remove paint, rust, or get a surface ready for a new material. You aren’t limited to surfaces like walls either—you can sandblast rusted tools, bicycle frames, cement, bricks, and many others. If what you’re sandblasting is still structurally sound, sandblasting can be a fast and inexpensive way to revive the original material.

The best way to sand a deck is by cleaning it, sanding the boards and stairs with 60- or 80-grit sandpaper, and sanding the railings and posts with 80-grit sandpaper. You should sand in the direction of the wood grain to avoid damaging the timber. When sanding your deck, use medium pressure and aim for an even sand. Pressing too hard with a sander can damage decks, as most are softwoods.

Yes, many professionals use dustless or water-based blasting methods for reduced environmental impact.
