"I didn't actually need DrainWorks to do work in my house. I had some standing water in my basement drain and I wanted a pro to look at it and make sure it was ok. Justin from DW assured me it was normal, likely a result of elevevated ground water due to recent storms. I also asked him about installing a back up sump pump and he made a different recommendation that made a lot more sense. He was knowledgable and friendly and gave great advice - well worth the $69 consult fee for his expertise and the peace of mind it provided me."

"It went well! I expected it to take a long time to get it picked up, but I called for the bag to be emptied on Friday and they were here Saturday! I am already filling it up again. (We have a MESS from the storm and need to finish the kitchen before this weekend's company coming in from out of town.) I have already called them to request my bag be emptied on Friday, and they have me on the schedule! I can't believe the customer service is so great! This is not a regular dumpster company. I have a dumpster delivered last summer and they gouged my driveway. What a nightmare it was to get them to pay for the driveway to be fixed. NEVER AGAIN! It's BullBag only for our future needs."

"Drainworks team has done several different jobs to my Plumbing and Well system to get them up to excellent standards. The guys were patient and had a sense of urgency wanting to get things repaired for me. I was absolutely satisfied with every job the guys completed. "Well they lost their plow. So superwoman Tasha put on her cape and grabbed a dude and a snowblower, loaded up her truck and off she went. She went to great lengths to honor the contract and get the snow removed. Looks just as good as a plow. Hand laid the promised salt. Took them a while, but understandable back breaking labor. Assurances of a plow in the future. Would recommend and use again. Despite all odds they got it done."
