"The installers were great. The salesperson made promises that he did not keep and he missed a window. When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great. The response when I notified the co that one window was missed was very fast but added to my cost."

"Bob Stevenson came by and gave me very thorough inspections regarding my basement, foundation cracks and windows. I was extremely impressed by his presentation, honesty and detailed knowledge base. Bob performed a very thorough inspection of my basement and foundation. He did not try to pressure me or upsell me at all. Very decent person.
