Mind you 4 different technicians have been to the property and none seem to have been informed on the repair or what it would take to fix it. The line-set is wrong as it is suppose to be 3/8 3/4 line-set and it is only 1/4 1/2 line-set which leads to less life of the system and improper running of the system. In order to fix the system we would have to reclaim any refrigerant from the system and then un do the brazed connections, run line hide, drill out the building pull new thermostat wire and a new line-set between the two units, braze pull a vacuum, charge the system and then re wire the system. "They repeatedly failed to meet their scheduled appointments, resulting in multiple reschedulings before they eventually arrived at around 6pm for a 2pm appointment on November 14, 2023. Upon their late arrival, it was discovered they lacked the necessary wiring for the job, necessitating a trip to purchase additional supplies. The majority of the work was completed after 11pm, at which point it was revealed that they were missing a ground rod, essential for finishing the job. The contractors assured they would return at their earliest convenience to install the ground rod, which did not require my presence at home, and requested full payment for the whole job. I paid, trusting in their word. However, over four months have passed since that date, and my attempts to contact them have been futile, leaving the job incomplete."
