They didn't know I had surveillance cameras all over. So I noticed this: THE BAD I capture unprofessional behavior. first, the painters went to rooms they were not supposed to enter, then they use my ladder without my authorization, and lastly, one of them smoked in my balcony. (when I confront the contractor, he said that if they smoke outside is not a problem....fire hello!! I was about to terminate the contract, but they were close to finishing the job) Most of it was of good quality regarding the painting, but they did not deliver the same quality in one room (my kid's room). I was even able to see the prior paint color. When I show this to the manager in the final walk, he said they already used three layers of paint, and to get it right, and it will cost me extra. I don't care how many layers they use; what I need is a good job! THE GOOD they booked me fast, and the price was reasonable. So, in conclusion, If you are not going to be in the property when working, be vigilant. And also, be prepared to pay more if you want a great job. I am definitely not hiring them again."

It was just about three or four days and they call me back to confirm to come out the next day, June 22. Their employee came by early in the morning and went over all the project. Figured out what equipment he needed and measured up for the materials and started the work about an hour later. He was very cautious and caring about minimal damaging to the yard. After removing the stumps he graded the surrounding area with the machine to the point where I only needed to rake it out to plant new grass. The gravel was put down flat and clean; not a mess. I would definitely hire them again."
